Have you ever been to Balboa Island, Newport Beach,CA? Wow, you will love it!!! I have been there in 2004 visiting my sister who lives in Ontario - at least 1hr from there.
People use to meet at a bonfire at the beach : they sing all night long...
The city is small and people are so friendly ... but listen to this: you don't buy a house for at least Us$ 1 million! Maybe I'll buy two or three for me...rsrsrs
